  I have been with Dr Maes for two years. I transferred my records to her after meeting her for a consult to just get to know her. I found her pleasant, caring and interested in my views on managing my health. She has continued to show an interest in my health and made appropriate refurals to specialists as necessary to maintain my health: mammograms, skin biopsy. The front office has always been courteous to me and I have never had an issue with insurance payment or billing. I have noticed that as patients arrive who seem to need more urgent care, they are taken in first. That is the way it should be.

  My family has been going to the Windsor practice for over 2 years now. The staff is wonderful, caring and compassionate. We never have to wait long and when one of my children are sick, they are seen right away - same with my husband and myself. We love Dr. Maes too! All the physicians are wonderful! Which makes this doctor's office that much more convenient and great! Great job AFM! We will continue to be a part of the Associates in Family Medicine! Thank you!!!

  Will still go to see Dr. Maes but have not been happy with the care I have gotten from others in the office. I have seen Duy Tran twice now for insomnia. Each time he asks "what do you want from me?" He had me switch one of my meds at my request to see if that helps but now a month later he seems bothered by my showing up and thinks I need to see a counselor. I need someone who cares and he clearly isn't it
